Parmalet  (omelet)

For great morning your must have a healthy breakfast lets start with the crispy omelet
it probably took 10-15 minute .

Material required

2 - 3 egg
1/4 teaspoon water
1 teasp olive oil
8 inch nonstick skillet 
1 ounce freshly grated parmigiano or reggiano cheese
kosher saly and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Preparation

crack eggs and whisk it with 1/4 tspn water 
drizzle olive oil into 8 inch nonstick skillet 
brush over the bottom of the pan and with the greate cheese approx 1/2 inch deep 

now, place pan over medium heat. Cheese will slowly start to melt . when bubble start to come with golden brown colour about 2 to 3  minutes , pour eggs evenly over cheese. please notice that now you have to reduce the heart from medium to low, sprinkle the pepper salt and cayenne.
cover the pan for 1 minute and after that remove the pan from heat and serve the omelet into plate

have this crispy omelet with the glass of fresh juice
